Default Where to get kill switches?

I had a kill switch break from the backside this weekend. It has four male quick connects and two of them are in use.

I've been looking around on-line this morning but have not found this particular setup. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

Thanks, is the livorsi switch threaded where it will hold itself in the dash panel? The pic has a glare right on that piece and I can't tell.
