Who is off work or can get off work and be available on Friday the day before the poker run???? We will need a bit of help, even if it is just for two or three hours please let me know if we can count on you. PM, email, or post here.

1. Parking Lot assignments/assistance
2. Ramp assistants
3. Slip/wall assignments
4. Registration at the docks
5. Registration/welcome packets at Resorts Casino
6. Finish lines assistants and guides
7. CLEAN TOILETS

I have that Friday off just let me know what you think I might be good at??????

Bob and Keith thank you for responding. Can you both be on Ian's team which is dock or ramp help. Bob can you take one of the early shifts, probably around 10.00. Keith what time will you get in? I am thinking that if we can get people to commit to about 3 hours of help than no one will have to spend their whole day working. Can Marcy be on my team, which will be registration, I will have her work the same time as you. I am assuming that activity level will be higher in the afternoon, so we will need more bodies then.

Please anyone else that can help we need you, this is OUR club and if we all pitch in, the work will be divided among all of us. This is to big of an undertaking for the board to go it alone

Right now are plans are to take Friday off and be there around 1:00 and put in right away. Betty and I will volunteer to count money. I never get to do that, I spend it to fast. Just kidding. I can help out at the ramp I would love to tell the fishing boats and jet ski where to go.

Doug, that will be an easy job. The marina is only for the poker run launches. The whole parking lot is ours.

Yes Donna, but we have not yet pinned down our arrival time. I was going to volunteer for #7 also. You beat me to it. Just my luck.

Lois and I will be able to be there early friday. Will help out with whatever is needed.
