Hello all, I'm looking for a 1983 or newer 26' Corsa....I'm not looking for a newer complete boat, In other words, I'm not looking for a 20K + boat (although it will undoubtedly end up costing me that over time anyway). Ideally I'm after an older boat in decent shape, ideally without power and with no bottom paint, but with a trailer. I don't care if it has or had big or small block power - whatever is in there won't be in there long. Also, an Alpha Drive boat would work - easy conversion to a Bravo. If this sounds like something that is growing cobwebs behind your house, please PM me. Thanks

Waterboy's is a 24' 1994 Sunsation Raceboat. It is available with or without engine or drive (brand new Bravo I) the hull is structurally in excellent shape, but needs buffing or paint. Corsa, if your interested in this I can get you his #.

Hmmm.....with only 500 + or - of these things built, I guess finding one will not be easy. I spoke to the owner of Corsa Marine, LTD today. He said the hull was originally designed by Harry Schoell. He's not building the 26 anymore because there's not enough profit in it. He's focusing on the 40 footer now. The mold however, is still in his possession and he said he might build the boat in collaboration with someone else at some point. He also said he'd throw around the idea of building just a hull and deck if anyone wants one (26'). Anyway, I'm still hunting a used one........anyone????

Corsa,
Two weeks ago I was in Ft. Myers Florida for the OSS race and stopped down at Naples to look at 26' Corsa raceboat. It's a 1987 hull, speedmaster III, a 502, I-beam aluminum trailer. The boat is struturally sound, but could use a good buffing. The asking price was $23,000. If your interested, call Eric at 239 594-0474
Good Luck!

I just wrote to him to see if he's willing to part that boat out. I don't want the drive or engine...but...how did the hull look aside from chalky? Is the cockpit all cut up? Thanks for the heads up. If I don't hear back from him I'll give him a call.

Corsa,
The boat looked structurally OK. The engine sounded good, the weak link is probably the #III drive, its a two seat bolster set up-there is no back seat-but room for one if you wanted to add one. The steering is hynautic hydraulic but needs updating. Yhe trailer appears to be in decent shape. I've got photos of the boat I can send you by snail mail-I dont have any use for them, and I cant post them. Send me an email with your address and I will send them to you.

This was at Paugus Bay Marina in Laconia New Hampshire last summer, I don't know if it's still there. 603-524-1233 ask for Cory. Good Luck I think they were asking around $13,000
