What is the dumbest thing you added to your boat?

What is the dumbest thing you added to your boat?
Besides some dumbass friend, what item or items have you added to your boat that made you just say WTF was I thinking?
I added red bezels to my engine compartment lights, can't see them with the lights on at night, don't look at them in the daylight, nobody at the dock appreciates them (of course I have not visited "E-Dock".....yet)
I was looking at remote start kits.....don't know why just thought it might be cool. I was wrong, I'm a man, I admit it.

o.k. I 'll bite...
The dumbest thing I did was to install a bobs nose cone on my Nova w/BBC Alpha outdrive that after engine mods and CMI exhaust maxed out at the mid 60's...I think it slowed down the rig after I installed it...looked cool but should have done more research back in 1995 before adding the cone...I know dumb bunny award.
