check with these guys www.outlawoffroad.com, they ahve one they built might be able to help out. How customized do you want it to be? also check www.sportchassis.com the do the new M2 freightliners and also offer the sterling(ford) as well, looking for the other one as well that was in extreme, i just saw it have to remember where its at.

Unless you have your heart set on a 650, I'd really recommend you look at and drive an International and a Freightliner. I think you'll find the 650 has a too-small cab and a less than satisfactory level of ride and vibration compared to these others. Also, you're not going to beat the 466 or the new MBZ motors for quietness and durability. The 466 wins hands down on parts availability and points of service. The Pete is a nice truck but I find the cab to be too narrow.
The next time you're out and about, take a look around at the meduims you see on the road- I'd guess there's a 100:1 ratio between Int'l/FL vs. Ford/GMC. There's a reason fleet operators buy what they do- it's based on experience.
