What are they on this one? Any crazies running the "ownership" committees? That is what you really get screwed on with Florida condos...marble hallways and multiple secrataries for the secret ownership committee members, absentee and other less powerful owners pay!

yeah i know. the maintance is getting to be very expensive down here. I believe it is $606/mo. I know it isnt cheap, but the dock is a pretty nice added bonus. the building is beautiful. i told her i would post it here, so anyone is interested, send me an email: [email protected]
