Leaving for family vacation on Saturday for Emerald Isle. Is there anything to do out there except laying on the beach all week. Where can I go to see some nice boats while I am there? Is there any thing that the kids will like? Also any good places to eat? Just not looking forward to the 19 hour drive

Went several years ago and rained all week. I remember it was nice compared to the heavily commercialized areas elsewhere in the state. Neat park with bumper boats, go-carts near the road we passed to get onto the island. As usual alot of golf courses. Don't remember much else, but would go back again.

boss, there is not munch performance boats down there. but you are about 40 min from fountain factory. hit hwy 17 north go to whichards beach rd , take a right and you go about a mile. you can not miss wbr there is a boat sitting on a big sign.

Do they give factory tours? That would be awesome. I've always wanted a Fountain.
