a freind of mine has a 1996 22 scarab 454 w/ bravo 1 the boat was hesitating sometime a few minutes when put in forward gear before it would move. now reverse works fine but when put in forward it does nothing and it is not the prop any ideas, also linkage looks ok what we can see.
