Over the weekend we scuffed the prop a little and was wondering what anyone was using to polish it back to a like new finish??

A very large buffing wheel on a very large lathe.

Just trying to be funny, I need to practice on that!!

Really, if you want it done, we can or any of the other prop people could too.

BTW, I just got the maximus back, your polishing job is beautiful. I'll let you know about the performance next week. I can't wait.

The compound is made from a secret recipe developed by my Great Aunt GiGi. It's 1 part Crest toothpaste, 1 part Preperation H, 1 part bacon grease with a dash of sand found only in a quarry in Red Granit Wisconsin.

Works perfect every time.

Don't tell anyone.

Bret,I think I understand what all of Aunt GiGi's ingredients do,except preparation H.What does it do,tighten the porosity?

O.K. I'm writing this all down, I'll let you know the results. On the Crest can I use the gel?????

Too much porosity is a bad thing!

BBladesprops,Houston,I think we have a problem!!!After great effort,Aunt GiGi's recipe was created.However,one of the ingredients must have over reacted on the porosity.The blades just pulled around to create 4 individual tubes.However,I'm hoping that when the props cool they will flatten back out.Is that all normal?
