Talking I found my trailer !

Some of you know I have been looking for a trailer manufacture that would build me one,.the problem is that no one wanted to do it w/ out having the boat on site to build it.

So last night I am searching on OSO and low and behold...there's a guy in Ohio that builds aluminum trailers and delivers down the east coast once a month for free!

He is also a Stinger owner! He has a 88 w/ 383 strokers 450ish H/P....he said 84mph on GPS.....WOW!

In the pic he has his Stinger on a tri axle,..he advises a twin axle to better load the tongue.

Long story short,..this guy can build my trailer and know's the Stinger inside and out. He has owned 3 of them, the first was a 70's trophy style w/ outboards.

I'm thinking about buying a boat from the same person - did it turn out OK for you? Are you happy with the trailer?

I think they are made in Florida. He sells these on ebay too, and from everybody that's bought on ebay he's gotten really good feedback. His website is http://members.aol.com/piratemarinenet/. If anybody has personal experience with him, I'd like to hear your comments.

The trailer I'm looking at is dual axle with disk surge brakes for $3500.

I know this guy. I bought a trailer a month ago for a scarab. Boat was in New-York, and he came to the marina to deliver it! Nice trailer! You can buy from him no problem!
