Default Bravo stuck in gear

I have a 1988 Chris Craft Stinger 375 and while I was idling in gear, one engine stalled. Now I can't shift it into neutral to get it re-started. I'm not sure of the transmissions, It has Bravo 1s.

If worse comes to worst, temporarily disconnect the neutral safety switch and start in gear.

That may be one way.

no transmissons with bravo ones,as im sure you know bravo dont like to shift if not running. you can try the above but i would only try that if in the water with the coil wire off and try shifting while cranking the motor!!!!

yes. that's the plan. either jump the neutral safety switch or find the start relay and jump that, or what ever turns the starter on... While it is rolling you should be able to shift it.. Doesnt take much.. but needs to be turning..

but as always.. Be careful... this should be left to professionals.. well it says that on the package.

Hope it helps.
