Default replacing rub rail

I've got a powerplay 33 sportdeck and i need a new rubrail. How difficult of a project is this and how much should i expect to pay if I have a professional do it?

Try a rubber mallet. It worked with mine.

I replaced my rubrail this year with the Taco semi-rigid universal kit. I can't say enough about how well it turned out. Its very easy to do with two people.

fruitta, I don't have the rubber insert in mine, but I've heard that if you heat the insert with a heat gun a bit you will be able to wedge it in there easier.

I too plan to replace the white rubber insert on my Hustler Slingshot, but am having trouble finding a replacement. The insert is .750" high. The cross section resembles the top of a mushroom. I thought rubrails.com would have them, but didn't find them on their web site. Heat gun, rubber mallet and a few putty knives is what I've been told works best. An extra pair of hands would also help. Any thoughts where I could buy the insert would be appreciated. Lou
