you can order a brand new hull for $787
I had a 8' dinghy when i was a kid...this would have been much cooler

I have watched this guy build a few of these over the past year. He's done a couple that look identical to the former Calan boats. I emailed him awhile back about ordering a personal one. He said $800 for the boat and mild vinyl, but he can go as custom as you want. The shipping is probably outrageous but worth it if you had a miniature version of your boat. NOTHING would be cooler in a game room. I made a run at one of his Calan boats awhile back and it ended up selling for over $1200. 
I stopped at $1000.
I'll end up with one eventually.
