dipped my boat today and cant keep fuel pressure in one motor above 2700 rpm. i have brand new aeromotive high volume pumps but they sound totally different and the quieter of the two won't move enough fuel. i want to head back out in the am but no where in tampa is open sun where i can buy a new pump. until i can get aeromotive to warranty mine.thx for any help, ratman

it ran strong. ran it up to 4500 for a minute until i saw fuel pressure drop. felt great...sailed it off a 6ft wake at about 50 a lil stab of the throttles and set the attitude perfect and air it out big time, landing was soft and sweet. this thing has an awsome ride. want to get back out sun if a can find a fuel pump! help a brother out with a fuel pump for a few days. thx for any help lend, ratman

jc, when i installed them and wired em up i turned them on for a few seconds to make sure they worked before i even hooked up the gas lines.one pump was really loud the other very quiet. i thought the loud one had a problem but it was the quiet one that would run out of fuel pressure. all new 1/2 inch lines fittings and valves thru the boat. it didn't make a difference wether i was drawing fuel from the front or rear tanks it couldn't keep up with demand. i have a pair of areomotive pumps feeding 110gph manual fuel pumps on the motor. everything is brand new. next week i will be installing another pair of even bigger electric fuel pumps so i have 2 parrallel fuel systems large enough that either one will be enough to keep the motors fed. i'll have the boat out for a test run again in the morning to make sure i good to go for the weekend. thx, ratman
