I sent my Props up to BBlades on Monday Via overnight.They said that they would be able to put in vent holes in them and ship them back so I can have them for the weekend.They said no problem.Well as we all know things do happen and I got a call this morning from them very apologetic that they were unable to do what they said because they were so busy.I totally understand.Here comes the good part.He said he would polish the props(they really needed it) and send them back to me,at his expense, overnight so I can have them for the weekend.Then I can send them back to him on Monday and he will do the vent holes for FREE.That is right,polishing and vent holes NO CHARGE,and I can have the props for the weekend.Now that is customer service!

i got a labbed 28 from him in may and he said he would have it done in two weeks and i had it within the week and i picked up 4mph on gps great guy to deal with

I sent my prop to brett and he had it for over 3 weeks and than over nighted to me at the last day possible and charged me for high shipping and it is still not what I needed. lost 6-8 mph at cruising speed. same top end. He said send it back and he would take care of it. Its the shipping cost thats eating me up. very nice guy though. If he wasn't so nice he would never get my business again.
