Dave i dont know how you can polish the deck without it being slippery....
The 3M FinessIt will work nicely....maybe go with some Frenzy Wax? Ive never realy had a problem slipping on a wax'd deck unless they used used a wax with teflon or if i was wearing socks. But bare feet usualy have good enough grip to keep you from slipping.

Gel needs wax. Is this slipping done in normal boarding and unboarding or is someone walking where they shouldn't? We use thin strips of clear or color coordinated non-skid tape that might be availible at WallyWorld for tubs and showers. You sure don't want someone slipping and scratching that shiny gel!! or busting their ass and suing you! LOL
