Trouble with logging in??

Trouble with logging in??
OSO is my homepage on my home computer and when I open up IE, I get directed to this page:
http://mail.yahoo.com/?.refer=slv&.intl=us
I've cleared the cookies and ran a sweep and also verified that OSO is the homepage. It's almost as if OSO is being hi-jacked by Yahoo.
Anyone else having this happen????
