WTB: #2 sets of Stellings tail pipes for my 35 Cafe Racer.
I already have the headers and am considering running dry tail pipes out the back but I'm concerned about the amount of heat this would generate in the engine bay.
Any thoughts on this?

I recently switched over to full dry CMIs for my N.A. 540. It was the best thing I ever did. No extra heat to worry about. The only problem was that it was too loud. I got pulled over a few times. Then I added a set of GGB Extreme mufflers. While it is still loud, they took the crack out of it. I have not been stopped for noise since. I say go for the full drys.

I'm familiar with the way Stellings routes the water through the tail pipes (and they're the tail pipes I want to buy), but if I can't find any used tailpipes I want to consider other options before I go to the the source. Sorry if my original post was misleading..
