Default "I'm Over" Weekend Casualties

Well I am feeling the pains of the most fun I ever had on a Labor Day Weekend We went to Kelly's Island (Lake Erie) with about 40 other LEOPA boats. After being led astray on a pub tour of the Island by fellow OSO members Mr.P, Glassdave, and Tizbad I fell overboard trying to climb back on board the BT I managed to wedge myself between the side of the boat and the dock. Thankfully a few good Samaritans on a cruiser pulled me out. They said they heard a thump and then a voice saying I'm over! I didn't get my hair wet but I have some nasty bruises and scrapes. On top of that, my voice is gone, which Mr. P has been completely enjoying Please tell me I am not the only one that has done such a bone head maneuver
.

I don't think I'd recognise my wife if she didn't have at least one or two boat bruises.

I went overboard 2 weekends ago at the Cove Marina at around 3 in the morning after closing the bar. Stepped off a friends boat, lost my balance (it was nowhere to be found at the time), and went in behind the boat. I missed the swim platform, the drives, and the dock. I did lose a hat and my wallet was soaked, but I consider myself very lucky. Oh yeah, we also lost a big bottle of Absolut Citron earlier.

I've already scolded you so I wont say it again

I'm glad you and Ian had a good time! Mary and I enjoy having the club over on our side of the Lake. We had a great time and can't believe how fast the weekend went by!

Now back to the subject.
Yes this happened to Mary when we first started boating together. I climbed into the cabin and found her in there soaking wet! She had done the exact same thing you did I then scolded her and we had a long talk about the what if's that could of happened that night and also the cause.
