96' 38 foot non-steeped scarab.... should i set up to spin props in or out?? Could probably use some more bow lift... anybody have experience rigging?

I Have A 1998 38 And The Props Turn Out,seems To Work Good,its Has 525sc And Runs Mid 70s Max!the Props Are 25 Mirage On Bravos
