Default Dialed in at lake x

I saw a decal on the back of Dirty Duck and it read as the title says; "Dialed in at Lake X" it had a speed on it, i don't rember what speed but anyway does that speed indicate what the "dialed in" speed was?

O, to answer the question...they all say a buck thirty...AND the boat really had to be dialed in at the lake.
