Default Procharger & standard exhaust?

Hello

I own a Mercruiser 7.4mpi motor which I beleive is between 310hp to 330hp. I currently have standard Mercruiser exhaust manifolds and they exit through the propeller. I do not have an exhaust through the transom and I intend on never changing the exhaust configuration.

I am about to buy the Procharger 5psi kit which Procharger claim will provide me with 500hp and good reliability. My question is will my standard exhaust be ok? Will I have any reliability issues (water reversion) if I keep this exhaust long term?

regards,

Richard

If you do not intend to go thru hull, save your self the money and don't intend on installing the procharger

Unless you enjoy changing fouled plugs don't even think about it!
