Are there any charges for spectators going to the Camden races this weekend??
I was wondering about these charges:
Parking on Sat./Sun.?
Race site entry fee?
Dry pits and dock fees?
Any others?
Chee$eburger$??
(I heard there was $10 cheeseburgers in Cambridge...was that true?? I wasn't hungry enough to justify buying one for myself though)

I don't recall paying for Parking last year, but who knows?
Race site entry fee? None, but the Battleship gets $13.50 if you want to watch from there.
Dry pits and dock fees? Nope - Enjoy yourself.
Any others? Nope - have fun.
Chee$eburger$?? No idea, stop by the AMF trailer, they are usually cooking something.
Come by the Racer Welcome party under the tent at Wiggins Park on Friday night from 7 to 11 and say hi.

What Ron said is true. Last year there were some vendors on site that had normal rates on burgers, fries, etc.
Remember that Cambridge was held at a 5 star resort and they charge accordingly. I would have liked them to be more realistic in price but it is their hotel and they price the way they want. OTOH it seems to be working for them-they are at very low vacancy rates all year long
Hell I pay 7.00 for a beer or a burger at football games and I have to pay over 1200 bucks a year for the privledge
Make you a deal, next year you can watch the race for free and I'll put your bag lunch in my cooler for you
( I like chicken salad, light on the mayo
)
