Anyone know the part # for a Weiand 256 intake?

Anyone know the part # for a Weiand 256 intake?
I went to install the blower today and discovered the intake has 4 extra bolt holes. They are located inbetween the intake ports at the top. The gasket does not cover the holse completely. I saw a pic of another intake where this area was solid.
Is there a part # or a specific manifold? Also one had the thermostat housing on the front and the other on the top.
