On-off or superclean. Be carefull they can damage painted surfaces and will remove your wax. FSR,,,Fiberglass Stain Remover works well also. You can also try a cleaner wax or some good old compound. If the stains are deep into the gelcoat you can also wet sand it out and polish it..

SLX fiberglass and metal cleaner works great. It isn't as harsh as On-Off and doesn't tear up the trailer or paint.

As long as you don't have bottom paint, go with the On-Off by Mary Kate. Part # MKT 20128 for a gallon, or MKT 2032 for the Qt. It works the best, believe me.
