Default Mr. Cigarette

Well this ought to stop all the Discussions,
As usual, and with impeccable Timing (Right Before the Boat Show).
Plastered a.k.a. Tony Mondazze makes the back page of Motor Boat (nov. pg.136)
Well Bro, what is it now every magazine published. You made the 4 page spread last year in your "old" 46 and wasn't that MotorBoating or some other small rag about boating.
We all know that you've made Powerboat and FPC's quarterly. So I think that you've hit them all. And well deservedly too I think.
It's not the number of boats that he's owned. it's the care that he keeps them with and the way that he unabashedly admits that he's a Fan of the Brand.
Tony, You've earned it, and I for one am loving watching you enjoy it. Look forward to Rockin' the Water this winter.
Best,
Robert Shin
a.k.a. Rice Hauler
p.s. I loved the "Poster Boy" comment.

Hey Rob!

Congratulatiions to Tony.

The title for Mr. Cigarette is far deeper than owning a bunch of boats. I know guys that collect exotic cars and couldn't tell you anything about the history of them. I think whoever knows the most history, promotes the brand, sticks in there though the hard times, and stays true, is the true Mr. Cig.

The title goes to Philly.

If it's going to be a customer only type deal, Tony and Tom Abraham CLEARLY have owned the most boats and are two of the greatest guys I know.

I'll hand Brownie, CB, Scott, my boy Philly, Bud, the Martins, and the obvious Neill the crown for most extensive knowledge of the brand.

I'll remind anyone that combing classifieds and spewing a bunch of 2nd and 3rd hand info doesn't make someone an expert. These guys have walked the walk and can talk the talk.

Not funny "ha ha", though. Just "funny", if you know what I mean.

Brandon,
Well put. But as far as us mere mortals that have to "Buy Them" I agree that Tony, Mona, and yes Tom have done the Brand Proud. Not to take anything away from Phil.
My thoughts are merely in support of a friend who has bled Black and Red since I have known him and worked his Butt of to own the very Best they have to offer.
Funny Thing. If memory serves me right both Tom and Tony started out in Cafe's and quickly moved up. Hm.........
At any rate, there are few other brands as Iconic and emotional as Boating and Cigarette.
Best
Rice Hauler.
