Unhappy Another Loss to the Offshore Family
We lost a great supporter and racer in our sport Sunday. Frank Cichon (Rascal) passed away Sunday after battling Multiple Myloma for nine years. He was a great competitior and supporter of his club GLOPRA and racing since 1973. He will be missed.

the family suggests contributions may be made to Multiple Myeloma Research Program (Taussig Cancer Center, 9500 Euclid Ave., P.O. Box R-35, Cleveland, OH 44195)
