Default Time to have them checked?

I took my props off when I put my boat in the shop for some work. When I put the props on a shelf I noticed one blade was touching the shelf and the other three had about a 1/4" space between the ear and the shelf. The other prop had the 1/4" gap under all the blades.

They are 32p labed Bravo 1's. Time to send them in?

It's probably worth taking a look at your props. Especially if you noticed some vibration or a loss in performance.

Thinned props will bend out of position more than stock props will. There could be several reasons why all the blades are not the same height, a couple are; one or more blades could be out of track or you may have one blade that is larger in size than the others.

The tracking on production made propellers can vary due to the casting process. The props are first made from wax. If the wax droops, the finished product will also have a droop. The mold itself can actually be off slightly. A blade or blades can become laid back by striking sand, stone, wood, or fish for that matter. Some deviation in tracking is not always an issue. In fact, adjusting it may not make any difference in performance.

That being said, it only makes sense to have it inspected and adjusted if necessary. 1/4" is quite a bit of difference.

Thanks for the replies. I think it's time to have them checked out. Now I have to decide where to send them.
