In all fairness, the guy probably means it is a "Cigarette-type" hull, ie an offshore, not that it was made by Cigarette.

OTOH, I can't find the exhaust jumper cable in the pic...

I think he means the jumper bolts for when the battery dies and you need to open the hatch
