Default Do I need new props ?

I have a 28 searay with twin 200/hour 260hp,s going 35mph at 4300rpm spining 18p aluminam 4 blades. Alpha drives. Repowering this winter with either 350/300,s or 383/400,s . My guess is the 300,s will give me 200 more rpm and the 400,s 600 more rpm. Is this guess close and I know stainless props would also help. Any ideas ? Thanks MIKE

Lots of variables there. You may be a little high in your numbers. Depends how tired the 260's are.

The Searay Is 10.5 Wide And Dry Weight Is 6500 And Loaded With Fuel And Water Just Under 8000. The 260,s Im Sure Where Alittle Under The Weather. Im Guessing On The High Side For The 260,s At 230hp.
