Default Help! 500 efi'S OR 525'S needed now!

Anyone have a line on a pair of 500 EFI's or a resonably priced (LOL) pair of 525's . I need these ASAP for a project with a friend. Cash in hand!!! Please let me know if you know of any.

I have a set a might be looking to sell. One was brand new when it went into my 38 Fountain in July, has just 35-ish hours on it. The other had 55 hours on it when I bought it. I had new valve springs put in it before it went into my boat and I have put an additional 35 hours on it.

One engine broke a valve.... The other one runs perfect !
I just wanted to start over with 2 new engines.
I'll have two long blocks with intakes the good one has 201 hrs
The other has 195 hrs. We haven't taken the broken one apart

What do you guys think I can get for them ?

Hi Fred, No these are the same motors I needed before for my buddy. They were put on a truck in Canada about a week and a half ago and the truck trucker disappeared. Scotty spoke to him over the weekend after being MIA for about 4 days and he was stopped at a US customs truck stop in SC for something. We haven't heard from him since. Scotty has been calling him 20 times a day but he won't answer. We only have 6 days to Key West and I'm running out of time. If you know of anything available please let me know. Thank you

They are probably worth about $170 to $180 each . Send me a pm with your number or give me a call.

Gino,

I spoke to you today regarding the pair of 525EFi's in the classified. Just wanted to mention I have a friend towing a boat from NJ and leaving on Saturday for KW. He may be able to deliver the engines if you are interested.
