F250 Brake Rotor Warranty?
#1
I have a 2003 F250 PSD and the front rotors are warped. Does anybody know if this is covered under the standard 100,000 mile warranty?
If not under warranty, then I think I'll go with the brembo rotor / hawk pad setup.
Thanks.

No they are not covered and I ended up doing the same thing you are about to do
It's not worth messing with them, Ford will turn them on the vehicle if your under the 36k warranty but why bother they will heat up and warp again within the next month

I dont think it is? I believe the 100k warranty is just drive train unless you have the extra bumper to bumper warranty.
If you take your rotors and pads to Robertson tire they will do the work for about $65. I called about a front brake job on my 2002 and they said to replace pads and turn rotors was about $150 but if I brought my own pads in it would only be $65 which to me is worth it.

All the dealer will do is turn them for you. They will do that until you're out of the 36K/mi. portion of the warranty- by then, they'll be too thin to turn further.
Buy a set of powerslots- not crossdrilled. The EBC green pads are great too
