I have not been in time out, that was a few months ago...... I have been extremely busy with my practice and the birth of my second child just a few weeks ago. Yes, I still have my Gladiator and No its not for sale. My apologies to those who inquired. I did not return calls because I was neck deep in baby diapers and baby clients..... and made the decision to keep the boat. I will see you guys at Daytona for the Poker Run...

Brett, how is your friend making out that lost his boat and garage...I just ran across those pics the other day?

Sean is hurting right now, emotionally. He had alot of time and effort in that boat and losing it was a huge blow. We are now fighting with the insurance company and it appears that we will be heading to litigation shortly. They dont want to pay anything........ we'll see about that though!! We may both get new Skaters!! I love "bad faith" claims....

well at least he can be thankful on a day like today that his friend that was in there is alive...insurance companies are amazing, they take your premiums for years, then when something does happen they raise them more and peaple make fun of attorneys...i was looking at some of the skaters in the classifieds, some beauties for great prices too.
