Big Seas........ You rang?
Sharkey sent me an e-mail about a post questioning the status of Big Seas.
I'll be brief
1. Dave and I are still in partnership, but both of us have very full plates at the moment......
2. We have decided that we need a bigger library of completed DVD's before re starting any serious marketing efforts.......... some are complete, others are in progress.
3. Last year's pre Christmas orders were shipped in November and December..............
Unfortunately, due to our usual tardiness....NO CREDIT CARDS WERE BILLED UNTIL FEBRUARY...... We have no records of any charges made prior to that.
Receiving a charge so long after a purchase led some people to conclude that they were double billed. However when they contacted us none of the claimants could produce prior billing records...... although I believe credit card companies will provide such records.
4. Should anyone have a legitimate claim their money will be cheerfully refunded.............my e-mail is available through my avatar....and I will respond quickly.
I hope this clears up any misconceptions.
