Looking for new boat for next summer have a little one now so kinda need a go fast cruiser. I found a couple powerquests 280suncruisers for sale real good deal on a 2003(11hrs on engines). I know the powerquest is faster but how is the ride of the formula? The formula cabin is nicer, how is engine access on the 27pc?

I traded an 02 292 Fastech earlier this year for a 27pc and have no regrets,(other than I wish it were faster) engine bay access is good, you can get down in the compartment and Formula provides a little standing platform in the engine compartment. As far a ride goes,,no problem once you figure out the proper trim tab/drive settings,,It was a little different than my Fastech.

the reviews said that its a little tricky at first how does it handle the waves any slapping? soft ride?
