That's a little out of my league That would be cheap for my family considering the return on investment for my life insurance policy Don't let my brother see that

Did you see that turbine outboard on the website? I've never seen anything like it. Crazy stuff.

I talked to Jay Leno about his. He said the bike is impossible to ride and totally impractical for anything other than abstract entertainment. He said the best part of riding it is was some dipchit in a Lexus pulled up real close at a stop light to get a better look and the heat from the turbine exhaust melted his front bumper off

That's pretty far out there. Don't know if I'd like to sit on a jet engine. Well, maybe once! I didn't look too hard, were there 0-60 times and 1/4 mile results?

I think thats the engine they use in the Jet Ranger helicopter, maybe a different dash number. If I remember right it burns about 40 gallons a hour. I wonder how long it will run on a tank full? You also need a good sized battery to start, I wonder how they handle that? Still pretty cool. I'm sure I would like the sound. Doug

Better yet is the 2-3 second throttle delay, both ways!! That right, when you let off the throttle to slow down you get an extra 2-3seconds of power

so i'm rolling north on I-5 one day a few years back and i see black smoke, a black mercedes 600S and a few feet later hear this screaming noise like a jet fighter had just land on the interstate; yeah, you guessed it - after i passed the second black escort 600S, i wait and follow the entourage to this bike rider's office and its a guy i used to boat with, back then he had a 26' chris craft scorpion- today( or 2 years ago) he runs a 42 fountain with a pair of turbines. all of this excitement way out in portland or
