I saw a bit on TV the other day about some fools SURFING in Jan. in Erie. Water temp was 31* and they were dodging floating ice... I jus don't get it.

Anybody have a forecast on the lake level for next yr.? It seems to be a good foot lower in front of my house compared to last yr.??? I thought it was supposed to be on the rise.
