Yuck, once the high rises go in, the lake is ruined. Might as well stay in NYC! The local zoning board should be ...... and this thread titled....look out, high rise coming!

the lake can not sustain to much more in the way of weekend traffic without there being a serious disaster as in mutiple people being killed in a boating accident, and when that occurs be prepared for restrictions galore, im sure they will start with a day time speed limit with more no wake zones not just in coves but parts of the main channel. Your not going to stop the growth but at some time or another it will become to overwhelming for the state to over look the conditions that are occuring on the water. and before you know it our lake will become a big save the mantees water way ( idle speed everywere ).

Yuck! Bigger cruisers and bigger waves? Does this excite you? Every post that you put on here has to do with develop this and develop that. Multi million this and that. It's doing nothing but ruining the lake and you're buying right into it.

High rise?? It's only a puddle for Christ sake!!!!! Barely even a wrinkle in the dirt!!!

Letting the boaters at loto know what is going on is'nt suppose to excite anyone, only concern them, I am a avid boater who is also concerned about over growth, but I believe we all need to try to do something about it before we have a speed limit, yes I love to see new projects because I'm a custom builder but I think its important to report to everyone what is going on. Wiggler, lets not ignore the problem but get a group together to speak with the people that can keep us boating. wiggler
