Happy "40th" Birthday Chi-Town Hustler
Yup, It's official, today, New Years Day is Mark Smith's 40th birthday. I wonder what he's gettin for his B-day, now that his age is excedding the lenght of his boat by 3 inches. 
Cuz like he always says........."never let your age exceed the lenght of your boat". 
This is gonna be one hell of a B-day party that Debbie's throwin for him.
