Bullet engines

Are bullet engines a quality product . Do you get any warranty ?Any one ever dealt with them before.?They have a pair of 600 sc,s for sale for 32K .zero hours , just rebuilt .What do you think .? New cmi,s come with it .

Friend of mine bought a motor this year. He had alot of problems, but they did refund most of his money.
