Some of their boats look like they might be worth bidding on?

I bought several express cruisers from them to use/re-sell in the last few years. Seemed like OK guys, but they ARE boat brokers. Just make sure you get a survey and a mechanic to look at the engines. Even they don't necessarily know what they have since it's repo'ed.
You'll have to pay about $10.00 to become a registered bidder and they "close" all bids on vessels every Monday afternoon. Banks yea/nay the high bidder in the next 1-3 days after that.

t500, What is the story with the min bid. All there min bids numbers seem to be high. Do they look and respond to offers lower than min bid? Thanks, Tom

The Ohio location is right next door to Lakeside Marina. They are reputable, and have been there for some time. But like it was said, they are brokers. They don't have any interest but to move boats.

I have been above the minimum and the banks weren't interested. I have brought home boats that I was high bidder but below the minimum. The minimum bid is just a starting point that National puts on the site. The banks have final say and could care less what the minimum listed was. The bank will get the highest bid info and respond to that bid only. Figure out what the boat is worth TO YOU. If it's below the minimum don't sweat it, make an offer anyway!
