I redid my dash with new bezels and guages and need to match the throttles and trim indicator to the new colors.I have a Kiekaffer throttle and trim indicator and I believe they are aluminum. What would I do to strip the old paint and prepare for new.I need to make them very smooth.Would I send with progressivlyfiner sandpaper or what?

fishead,
I would send them to the powder coater. They will blast them and recoat. I have used a local shop just north of Atl for a couple of years now. If your interested PM me and I'll set you up.

They are most likey powdercoated and i agree send them to a powdercoater and have them media blasted and recoated. Your trim indicator may be cheaper just to replace.

i truly cant giev an individuel price for the throttles, cuse they did (for a 42 cig revo wit trips), all the panels w/ engravin (about 6 ithikn of various sizes), triple engine throttle, and separate triple engine shifter(both kiefkhafer style), sterrin hub&steerin hub plate thingy, 3 handelbars, and two seat bases all for about 500 plus shipping. it was a great dea, cuse our cig project was already overextendin ourselves, and had to be done on a budget....ill try to get more picsof them later
