Anyone have this setup I am considering it. Speeds? Anyone fabricated a shell to close the bow? Would appreciate any feed back TX

Personally I do not have this set up but the 525 package is bad a$$!! You should see mid 70's no problem. If the boat is a newer model then it may have the stepped bottom that may net you another 2 or 3 mph into the upper 70's.

They come with a snap on cover the open bow if that is what you are talking about. I'm sure you could find some one to build one but if you want a fiberglass shell then just buy a closed bow. Were would you store the shell once on the water? Just my 2 cents.

I am a super boat guy but it should run mid to high 70's. That is what a 30 sb will do so it should be close.
