I am wondering if I should go with a pair of these or a pair of the merc 600s. They would be going in a Donzi 38 ZR. Thanks Mike

Go with the 625's, they sound like no other...

I saw a new Spectre with a pair on our Toys for tots run. What a wicked sound even though he had some mufflers in it. Even though it was a cat, its mid range acceleration looked sick!!! I would probably go with the vipers myself if I had a choice.

Try contacting STEET. He had a pair of 550's and now has the 625's in a 41' Velocity. They only problems I am aware that he has had with them has been bad water pumps.

theyre also lihter then the 600's, NA and rev to 5800. whats the redline on the 600's?

WOW!!!! That must sound sick when all of them are screaming at 5800 RPM. Does is sound like an FI race?

Someone was telling me that they are inconsistent with their power when the temp and humidity changes. Have you heard this?

We have mufflers on them. You really don't hear much in the cockpit. I haven't had a chance to be behind it at speed.
