Default Ride Difference Cafe Racer Vs. Top Gun

The Top Gun is 30" longer than the Cafe Racer, how much of a difference does this additional length make to the difference in the ride between the two? Is it worth it?

i think that for the $, the 38 is ALWAYS a better deal...

im thinking from a hold value and better resale p.o.v..... someday you will probably sell it.... good luck!

The TG has a heavier ride, the Cafe' has superior head room in the cabin.
Both boats are essentially the same inch for inch until you hit the cowling. The extra 30 inches is in the bow of the TG.

I never banged my head on the cabin's hatch way, I have permanent marks in my forehead form the TG. I have had both and like the Cafe' better than the TG.

I was told the actual difference is only about 18-20" and most of it is in the cabin. I'm no expert but the cafe seems to be better balanced. Maybe cause your driving closer to the CG
