Question 37 vs 47

Just a question. I've been reading alot of posts on here and the 37,39 and 42's seem to be very popular sizes in that order. I don't see many posts on anything bigger like the 47 or the 51. My question is this strictly because of size or the extra cost of the bigger models?

I think its because of extra cost and that there are only a few out there.

I have a 50 Nortech now and was looking at them and 47 OL's when I got the Nortech. I love the NT but I will get a 42 OL or 43 NT next. I just don't need a 50 foot boat with tripps. for the river. Go look at a 43 NT or 42 OL they both have a 9 foot plus beam and are very big and roomy unlike say a 42 Cig or a 42 (38) Fountain.

But it is kinda cool passing eveybody in a 50 at the start of a poker run at 100 in 3-5 foot of boat chop.

I already own a 51 Outer Limits w trips. I boat on the Jersey shore I wouldn't think of down sizing . The 51 is perfect for the open Atlantic ocean. My curiosity was with other peoples decisions and why.

I would guess both but with the weighted average leaning towards people not wanting or needing that big of a boat.
