Well the new merc 700 sci is out on the market. Same 502 block with the merc upgrades. What will it take to upgrade my current 600 sci to the 700 ?????

Don't know exactly but I'd bet not much more if any than a pulley change and ECU reprogram.

They said the intercooler was bigger too.

I thought there wasn't much that you could do to the 600's.

From what I understand it's more boost and changes in the ECU. There is a larger intercooler to take care of the additional heat produced by upping the boost. I would bet a kit is already in the works for an upgrade from someone.

I hope so LC I need another 100 hp this year !!!!
