Ac is not as bad.....at least here the language of choice is english....but still trash.....down there it is like your going to be carjacked any min....it is like driving through liberty city 10years ago....pure garbage down here.....do not be fooled be what you hear and see.....worst every year......this year on radio scan...you will only get 2 stations you can listen to from hollywood south.....what color did u say.

Palm Beach ainīt that bad...from personal experience.
And the positive side is Condos do get sold within a week or a day even if you want to change location.
