Just a quick question....
How will they to collect 12.5 million? I mean after spending 87 months in jail will he just write a check when he gets out?

I actually hung out with him on the weekends when I was in town from work.He was a bit arrogant but he was always nice to me. Always invited me out on his boats with his boat hoes. Never knew he would ever pull something that damn stupid!
I think he deserves everything he gets!

Don't recall all the details.
He had a heavy equipment company, cranes etc.
When money started to run out he financed non-existent cranes using fake paperwork, and got several banks for millions.
A lot of people spent a lot of time looking for him after it appeared that he ran his boat into a barge in Galveston bay.
It seems that most of what he did was to pay for his extravagant partying.
