Default Wanted: Condo/House in SE FL with 50' slip

Looking to buy a condo or house in SE FL (Keys to Palm Beach) that can accomodate a 50' boat (slip or sea wall). Budget is under $600K (target is $400K) I will be there this weekend. Will not be checking back here after 4:00 PM Central time so if you have something I should know about give me a call on my cell at 612-868-3067. Thanks.

Try adding a 1 in front of your budget #. Most condos share a common dock and don't have slips that big, unless it's a luxury condo, which go back to adding the 1 again.

If you find one at that price let me know!!!

I live down here and have a vacation house in the keys (all the house have water )like everyone said unless you add a 1 in front of that number you ain't going really far down here and don't be surprise if you have to add a 2 instead of a 1 real soon.

I already have 6-8 places lined up to look at that fit by requirements. I know what the real estate market is like down there and there ARE places to be had in my range...though they are few. I appreciate any leads or constructive suggestions...don't bother responding to tell me it's not worth looking and it can't be done...

I don't even know of a lot that can hold a 50' for under 8 or 900K and then you have to add a house. There is a nice condo in Lauderdale w/ a 40' slip asking 1.7MM that I know of. I live in downtown Lauderdale and those condos start at about 400K and go to about 3MM. That's about a mile from water

Your budget is just about right . . . for a dockominium.

Sorry, but no house.
